Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. This will allow you to monitor your package’s journey from our workshop in Ukraine to your doorstep.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact. Please contact our customer service team at [your email] to initiate a return.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your cane for a different size or model, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process and arrange for the exchange.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
